Quarterly Fitness Challenge

The WCC offers a quarterly challenge incorporating various types of cardiovascular activity.

Members will receive a prize based on the tier they reach at the end of the challenge. Each time a member works out during this challenge, they will complete a reporting slip documenting their progress.

The quarterly fitness challenge will give our members the opportunity to set physical goals.

The challenges are a great way to stay motivated and help keep you focused on achieving your goals!
