The WCC offers both one-on-one personal training and group personal training. Personal training is the best way to reach your fitness goals. Here at the WCC we cater to a wide variety of clientele. Whether you are recovering from a specific medical condition, or just an “average” person who wants to get back into shape, we have a trainer to fit your needs.
All personal trainers have either a degree in the health & fitness field, and/or are certified from one of the following national organizations. (ACE, ACSM, NSCA, or NASM) The trainer’s backgrounds include, but are not limited to, exercise physiologists, athletic trainers, & physical education teachers.
After your free fitness consultation, you and your trainer sit down to assess your fitness goals & develop a personalized exercise program that your trainer will personally monitor, while providing regular guidance and motivation in a one-on-one setting.
Personal Training at the WCC is available in two formats. We offer standard one-on-one training, and partner training.
