The Woodbridge Community Center staff is committed to improving your health, fitness and wellness through classes which encompass “Mind, Body and Spirit,” Our professionally trained staff will work with you to define and help you attain your fitness goals.
Benefits of the WCC Membership includes a multitude of free group exercise classes available to you and your family! We offer classes for every activity level. From beginner low impact to more involved choreographed classes, you will find the perfect wellness program for you. All non-members can experience one of our fitness classes with an $8 visit charge.
Enjoy the camaraderie of a class setting and try our Bootcamp-style classes. Anyone can join from beginners to advanced. Included in the classes are total body conditioning, cardio endurance, core & strength. Classes are on Monday, Wednesday & Friday and will run for 6 weeks.
The Woodbridge Community Center boasts two fitness centers dedicated to cardio and weights as well as several rooms and studios for a more intimate workout experience and a walk/run track. Our State of the art facility is welcoming for the entire family. Our fitness center is open to individuals as well as groups and personal training sessions.
Our Strength Room offers a varied combination of upper and lower body weight machines as well as free weights and dumbbells. For Functional Training purposes, we have a selection of kettlebells, medicine balls, TRX and soft shell plyometric jump boxes.
The WCC is state-of-the-art facility with a wide variety of cardiovascular equipment. Our cardio equipment includes, a selection of Precor Treadmills, Ellipticals, Upright and Recumbent Bikes, Nu-Steps, Concept II Rowers, a Stairmaster Step-Mill and a Jacobs Ladder.
Group exercise classes are a popular way to get your exercise while having fun in a supportive environment. At the WCC, we make it a priority to offer classes for every member of the family, and each certified instructor can help you modify the movements for your fitness level. The upbeat instructors can help you stay motivated throughout your workout so you know you’re always giving your best, whether you’re already a powerhouse or just starting out!
